This study presents data from 38 predominantly North American colleges and universities about their current use of Zoom and plans for the future. The study helps its end users to answer questions such as: What percentage of current classes utilize Zoom? How prepared are students? How well versed in Zoom are faculty? What advice do college info tech personnel have for servicing faculty and students using Zoom? How much of info tech work time is currently consumed by advising or instructing about Zoom use? How have info tech leadership gone about training their faculty and students in Zoom use? Which features of Zoom have they found faculty/students need the most help with? Which programs complement Zoom use? What steps have been taken to maximize security and limit hacking of Zoom sessions? What will happen to Zoom use in higher education after the pandemic ends? Survey respondents include CIO's, instructional technologists, instructional designers, academic librarians, heads of tech help desks and many other technology personnel.
