A pair of FBI agents investigating a mass homicide in Chicago stumble across the existence of a highly advanced terrorist group with a radical anti-global warming agenda. The Council of Armageddon, working within the US government and using its own resources against it, will use any means necessary to achieve their goals. With the clock ticking down before the group makes good on its final ultimatum, the agents must race against time, and a relentless assassin, to identify the group's members before it's too late.
