That's something that both Vassalla and Storm know very well. Both come from the streets of a war ravaged Empire born in the wake of World War. Storm is an advisor to the Emperor himself while Vassalla is merely trying to make a living while ensuring that her dying sister receives the best care. Their paths collide in the form of a job offer that no one else wants.
