After narrowly escaping the Tiger's Den with their lives, Eva, Jake, and Tommy discover a secluded, walled town called Rapture. Desperate, fatigued, and injured, the citizens welcome them with open arms. Towering walls provide the security that the McAvoy brothers so desperately crave, but at what cost?

With the threat of death still lingering in Eva's mind, the town's walls offer more confinement than safety. Even as a member of Rapture's Council, she finds herself struggling with the desire to become The Wanderer once again. The urge only grows when the town is attacked and all clues point to Eva being the culprit.
