In this action-packed sequel, the Phoenix—superior, humanoid beings without need for food, water, or reproduction—have left the HRC, Human Resistance Corp, a group of militants who've taken a stand for peace, demoralized following their battle. New hope flickers when Rebel Phoenix, Tirzah, informs the HRC about a base that houses her counterparts.
