Psy Tloubatla is a teacher by profession. Besides teaching, he also lectured at teacher training colleges for many years and worked at the Department of Education as a curriculum specialist. He subsequently left Education and has been a successful businessman for many years. He studied ministry at the Rhema Bible College.
