While out for his morning walk Jack Dalton, a lawyer and karate expert, comes upon Rashida Dior, a Middle Eastern beauty, and Ali Khan, a Saudi hired gun. When their war of words becomes physical, Jack steps between them. Seeing a chance to escape, Rashida hits Ali in the face, turns, and flees. As he starts out after her, Jack blocks his way. In the ensuing scuffle he seizes her tormenter's arm and flips him onto the pavement. Satisfied that Ali no longer poses a danger to her, he goes on his way.
Back in his office he shrugs off his tussle with Ali but cannot forget the stunningly beauteous Rashida. Suffering from a case of love at first sight, he tries to find her. All in vain. Serendipitously, however, they meet again and he learns that she is from Saudi Arabia and is seeking American citizenship. Because she gives lectures which are critical of Crown Prince Salman and his regime, members of the Saudi Secret Service plan to kidnap her and fly her back to Saudi Arabia.
With Jack's help she foils their plot. When she tells reporters what happened, all hell breaks loose. Congress demands an investigation and the House of Representatives calls upon her to testify. So effective is her testimony that members insist she be given immediate citizenship. The powerful influence of Crown Prince Salman and the Saudi Kingdom on the political leadership of America, notwithstanding, she gets it.
