In Lithuania, there is a hill where Crosses have miraculously appeared over a period of centuries of enslavement and harsh treatment at the hands of foreign dictators.

 Apparition of Our Lady occurred at this hill. This is a tribute as well, to a brave people who were undaunted in the face of the enemy.
