Three Layers of Water is a story of love and death, strength and weakness, parent-daughter relationships, empowerment, reclaiming sexual and instinctual natures. The tale follows four very different people on their journeys as they survive love and loss and the necessary process of peeling away in order to rebuild. The characters are human and flawed, and most of us will recognise these traits within ourselves. It is a story of hope, of discovering what lies hidden beneath obvious exteriors.
The book is set in the city of Glastonbury in the UK, amid the ancient woods and valleys of the Mendip Hills and the legendary Vale of Avalon.
