Introduction to Book 1

In 2025 a magnetic pole shift triggers a planetary crustal shift and giant tsunamis. Florida disappears, the Mississippi is as wide as Lake Michigan and London's River Thames floods miles inland.

The Saudis deliver emergency food aid mingled with robots made from stolen US technology. With the machines positioned in major centers the Saudis usurp Washington to rule the planet, taking Las Vegas as their new world capital. 

Twenty years later, in 2045, a power struggle erupts between the second in line to the throne of Las Vegas and a Saudi army General. The young pretender to the throne, Kaleb Al Hakim joins forces with a notorious fugitive, the female Qatari robot, Aisha. The twenty three year old blond beauty was once launched onto the world stage at the Doha 2022 World Soccer tournament, as the world's first robot referee. 

While Aisha decides to join Kal, a malevolent self-programming AI, the Singularity is found to be in cahoots with the same power-hungry army leader, General bin Macktomb, who had long accused Aisha of scheming to brain-chip the human race. But that had always been his own idea.

In 2045 the final battle for global control erupts at the end of book one. Can the General control his AI partner, or will it control him? Because the ever-growing AI Singularity is soon going to display its own creative power. It too is inventive. And its own invention?
