임꺽정[일명임거정(林巨正) 또는 임거질정(林居叱正 : ? ~ 1562)]은 조선 시대 명종(明宗) 임금님 때의 의적(義賊)이에요.명종 임금님이 재위한 동안의 정령(政令)을 비롯하여 나라 안팎에서 일어난 모든 사실들을 적은 기록인《명종실록(明宗實錄)에도 그 이름이 기록되어 있는 실제 인물이랍니다.
