The second took place in Ontario. Two young men paid a high price for brazenly trying to beat the establishment. The story portrays their personalities and characters for the reader to try to understand what motivated them to act.
The third story, takes place in Saskatchewan, is about a man who chose a destructive lifestyle, resulting in two followers joining him in a robbery and then ruthless murder.
The final story, in Alberta, is about a young man who strayed at a young age into a criminal life and finally murder. The story tells of his escape and subsequent capture,
