First Book of the After the Tilt serie!

Two hundred years ago, as modern civilization was on the verge of collapse, the last remaining scientists gathered in what is now known as Antarticum and put all of their knowledge and resources together to design a life form capable of surviving the great catastrophe known as "the tilt". It was in a last-ditch effort that we were created. On the surface, we very much resembled humans. However, deep in the core of our DNA laid a much darker secret. As scientists argued over our design, not one but two human subspecies came to be.

But back when this story began, I didn't know this. I didn't know any of this. I knew nothing about myself. Nothing about the world outside the "orphanage".

Everyone of us were alone, in the dark, waiting to die.
Now we are together, ready to fight back.
