Mary, former wild child, gave up on men years ago. Those she's met either lust for her or want to change her. She is resigned to spending her life as a single woman.

Besides, she has a secret – a secret who's now nineteen years old. Zach was raised by her parents, and she never told her friends in Calter Creek she's a mom. It's a bit late now.
