Rita, Torian, Gilraf and Hamlet arrive at Rasuma, the mining city just south of Fol's Finger. A strip of mountain is all that stands between them and a vicious battleground guarded by Gallang, Muisan's mobile fortress. To take on Gallang, Rita and company must enlist the aid of the Vagrant, a secret society of freedom fighters discreetly funded by the same empire that claims they don't exist.
