현실 세계의 부조리를 환상과 유머로 풍자한 명작!앨리스가 꿈속에서 이상한 나라를 여행하면서 겪는 신기한 모험을 그린 작품이다. '이상한 나라'라는 비현실적인 공간을 빌려 현실 세계의 온갖 부조리한 일을 풍자한다. 어른들을 위한 동화이면서 삶에 대한 깊은 성찰을 담고 있는 철학 동화이기도 하다. 19세기에 나온 작품 가운데 가장 독창적이고 실험적이라는 평가를 평가받았으며 문화 전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 끼쳤다.
