The Observed Universe contains data at low relativistic speeds. Doppler theory says beyond that point, in the non Observed Universe, the relativistic effect deviates from Hubble's law and distance becomes infinite as speed approaches the speed of light. The Observed Universe extends to a radius of about 700 Mps and speed about a tenth of the speed of light. Doppler theory lengthens the light originating from receding matter to optical levels via redshift. Nothing is seen in the non Observed Universe except possibly the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). There is no evidence that the CMB is related to Doppler motion of objects. Most likely, the distance to the Cosmic CMB is at the high end of the Observed Universe (700 Mps). There is no evidence that the Periodic Table is present in the non Observed Universe. In view of the CMB, most likely is that any matter in the non Observed Universe is particulate matter. In the non Observed Universe, Big Bang theory presents a metaphysical explosion from an infinitely small point as beginning of the Universe and a metaphysical cosmological shift expansion of space itself. By extending object speed beyond low relativistic speed, Doppler theory provides a scientific theory for expansion of the universe. Both the Big Bang and Doppler theory claim support through evidence of the CMB and Olber's Paradox. Doppler theory provides a credible scientific alternative to the metaphysical Big Bang theory of the Universe.
