ZOOK, the genius inventor, has the dirtiest butler in the world. In order to wash the blue gnome's ears, he decides to create a special machine that, in addition to filth, gobbles up noise. This machine, dubbed the BUZZ BUSTER, creates super electricity but also makes a heap of new troubles.
