This empirical study is mainly concerned with torture's methods as its impact on Palaestinian Ex-detainees in Israeli detention centers. Torture has been considered a crime against humanity and one of the ugliest forms of human rights abuse due to its profound negative effect not only on the victim and/or his family but also in the community at large. Torture incidents are always detected which reflect a wide practice in several countries where Israel is on the top of the list. Perpetrators continue to commit their sinful acts in the lights of the impunity they enjoy and the lack of punishment. Findings of this research, as other local and regional studies doubtlessly confirm that Israel systematically imposes torture among Palestinian detainees. This study portrays the psychosocial and physical complications of torture and their immediate and long term effects.
