Successful property or project development is the ultimate desire of project owners and house buyers alike. The "nirvana" moment in project development is when a project is completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget and the desired quality has been met. The project life cycle of development project consists of 1) the inception and planning stage, 2) the construction (implementation or execution stage), and 3) post construction (closure) stage. Of the three stages, the inception and planning stage is the most critical stage. The reason is without the planning approval at the planning stage, the second stage of the project development, which is the construction (implementation) stage cannot be executed.
