Substances in marijuana have been found to have anti-cancer properties in the lab. How any cancer-killing agent works inside of the human body however, is more complicated than merely one substance—or receiving conventional treatments, such as chemotherapy, or radiotherapy.
One specific type of gene can block the cancer killing properties of THC, and CBD in it's tracks, unless it is blocked.
