Considering that construction projects are complex socio-technical systems, the use of complexity theory (CT) arises as a natural framework for making sense and managing construction health, safety, and wellbeing (CHSW). However, the implications of CT for the management of CHSW are still largely underexplored. This ebook presents eleven studies that contribute to the understanding and management of the complexity of CHSW.
