This LOVING bedtime book with affirmations, teaches our children the skills of releasing anxiety, stress, and negative emotions. These emotions may have been stored away in their mind, and/or bodies for a long time, or maybe just from their day today. It instead teaches them to cultivate forgiveness, relaxation, connection, positivity and hope. It helps our little people to connect with their breath, and experience the different feelings, awareness and relaxation within themselves that conscious breathing brings. They will learn how to focus their attention on different parts of their bodies that need relaxing. Not just before bedtime, but anytime! Peace is then found, knowing that no matter what happened today, they get a brand new tomorrow to do things differently.
