C. Tejaswini is a young girl with a young mind who loves dancing, singing and writing poems. She feels that poetry is one of the best ways to express ideas or emotions. She started writing poems when she was 8 years old. Her first poem, 'The beauty of the dark' was written as part of her holiday homework. It was only possible as her mother guided her. It gained a lot of appreciation. This homework made her realise her inclinations towards poetry which lead to her writing many more poems. She regards her mother, her father and her grandmother as her sole inspirations. She is 15 years old now and still continues writing poems. She wishes to pursue poetry-writing as her profession as well.
