Autumn, a city girl though and through, inherits a house from her grandfather she never knew.
To claim the property she must travel to a small town in southern Arkansas, clean it up, sell it and get back before winter break is over but she has no idea what she gotten herself into.
It may not be all bad though. She meets Boone, country to the bone and opposite of Autumn in so many ways.
