An Australian fairy tale about a Cicada Chicca and a fairy without wings Wispey, together they go on their many magical adventures with the help of 8 year old Shelley, to find Lucinda the wicked Ice queen to persuade her to remove her spell so Wispey can fly. On their journey they travel to many mystical places, the enchanted forest where they meet Gobby the goblin, the Misty mountains and King Zingu the goblin king, across the sea they ride the waves on Prince Teiwaz and Raido the sea horses, until they eventually reach the Ice Palace and Queen Lucinda.
