One more night...that's all I wanted. Somehow that boy I'd pridefully rejected in our first high school years had become more important to me than anyone else. But I knew I was too late. He was moving on and so was I. 

18 y/o Lacey King is a senior in high school with graduation and prom looming. She dreads all of it as she's suddenly fallen in love with her FWB 18 y/o Moses Wai Sing-Lin, who also happens to be a star pitcher and very likely to get drafted in the MLB after graduation. She still remembers haughtily telling him that they couldn't date back in freshman year when she was a cheerleader, and he was just a nerd who liked baseball. But somehow that all changed and she wants them to date for the last months that they'll be in the same place. Does Moses feel the same way or is Lacey swinging way too late?
