This book isn't meant to be a significant piece of research. It isn't meant to be a marvel of wordsmithery. It is meant to be a conversation starter. It is light, sometimes humorous, and sometimes poignant and piercing. There should be some take home for both sides of the aisle in here, employees and employers alike. Hopefully, this book ignites some dialogue that will help employees understand the psychology and personae of those who sign their paychecks.
