This book of poems was born out of a roller-coaster journey of struggles and triumphs with anxiety, depression, divorce and also the wonderful experience of being in love. The poems are all outpourings inspired by the beautiful natural environs of her family home and the subsequent learnings that mostly only hard times bring. She credits her frantic morning runs and before-sunrise pranayams for these thoughts and words, which ultimately helped heal her life.
