NB! Please note that this is the first book in a series that requires the reader to pick up the subsequent episodes for maximum impact and enjoyment. The author wrote the books with the slight concept intention of creating an experience similar to that of 'following' a TV series and The Missing Shield should be viewed as the equivalent of a televised 'Season 1'.

If you prefer to read a single episode, this still will equate to reading a full book, however, there will be cliff hangers and questions raised that readers will want to pursue in order for the overall story to carry as intended.
