It was just another typical hot West Texas day when Dr. Robert Casa was asked by his university's president to go to the scene of an auto accident out in the nearby desert. This might not be considered too unusual if Casa had been a medical doctor or even a forensic pathologist, but his specialty was human embryos. What he found buried in a sand dune under a sagebrush would lead him and his graduate student, Rose, on a grand adventure. An adventure filled with government conspiracies, black helicopters, and secret laboratories. Along the way, Casa and Rose would go from simple laboratory scientists to terrorists to potential heroes as they became the nucleus of an eclectic group, bound together by need, in a race to save mankind.
