*nods* I don't want you to quit writing, dear writer. But there are a lot of things that you do need to quit doing, when it comes to both your writing career and the writing process. 

How do I know this?

Because I have coached thousands of writers. Six- and seven-figure authors, major award winners, midlisters, and new authors alike.
