beings having a spiritual experience.

We come from the spirit world with a plan to learn certain lessons and to hopefully master them, these lessons can include learning how to be powerless or powerful, healthy or disabled, rich or poor. Every one of us has lived before and will live again in a physical existence but these are things you have to discover for yourself to make them meaningful. There is nothing more convincing that direct experience but even then the mind will want to make you doubt the things you cannot explain in rational and logical terms.
