Over the years I have read multiple workbooks to feed my desire to seek solutions in stress management. I found that due to the complexity of human behavior, there is a lot of information about theories and models, which are very effective. Theories and models can explain our thoughts, feelings, and behavior. However, they cannot provide that instant solution which many people seek. People who are stressed want lasting solutions, and I believe this workbook will provide them.
