My e-book considers a number of cases of booksellers and magazine dealers being arrested on obscenity charges. The most well-known of these was eventually decided in the United States Supreme Court. This case involved Times Square bookseller Louis Finkelstein who marketed the notorious serial "Nights of Horror". The Supreme Court issued a landmark decision on June 24, 1957. Different from my earlier work, I have included several cases of controversial sexual behavior. One of these brought charges against a Pine Bush, New York couple who took part in an orgy in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The woman involved was a 4th grade school teacher and her husband was a lawyer. The conduit for their orgiastic rendezvous was a porn magazine published in Toronto, Canada.
