How can I summarize these poems except to say they represent my innermost thoughts and feelings—an exposure of my soul, if you will. They demonstrate the pain of past years, but suffice to say, that pain also allowed me to develop a sturdiness and doggedness that has served me well. Although it may not be evident, I more than survived and found contentment. I want to tell you that you can too!
