My e-book looks at multiple cases of amateur photographers being busted for smut, i.e. nude photos, porn films, etc. One of the cases examines a scorned woman whose boyfriend refused to return nude photos he'd made of her. She took her frustrations out by torching his apartment in Brooklyn Heights. Several indecent photos incidents were appealed as high as the U.S. Supreme Court. These cases originated with smut busts in Missouri, Ohio and California. Criminal actions against indecent photos is chronicled from 1945-1969. My work is documented from ancestral records and the addresses and residences of persons involved.
