Poetry is not about penning 'pretty' words. Poetry is a revolution in your soul. It's about igniting something primal in others, by sharing what you perceive. It's about unleashing the riot of your senses. It's about relinquishing your sensibility... and revelling in your sensitivity. Poetry is tasting heartbreak with an open mouth, singing a sweet dirge with death, it is about celebrating the tragedy of our vulnerability. Poetry is provocative.

Poetry, does not acquiesce. It is an inviolate act of creation, of revelation, that presses thorns to your stubborn facades and through a blood-letting of fears, of reality, of tears... it calls you home.

What lives in these pages are some aspects of my home.
