Raymond "Sting Ray" Thompson returns home to Eagle Rock, Montana, when a trail of treachery leads him back with members of his SEAL team. Claiming retribution for destroying an Ethiopian factory generating a deadly virus, the terrorist strikes Sting Ray's uncle, the man who raised him.
