This monograph examines student satisfaction with services in higher educational institution. It focuses the services provided at Victorian universities, Australia and involved international students from various countries. Although this monograph is concerned with the satisfaction of international students in higher educational institutions in Australia, particularly universities of Victoria, the findings in this study can also be applied or used as a basis to assist other institutions in any country in promoting market their institutions at the international level.
