Este Tomo, dividido en tres Partes, contiene el texto íntegro de las leyes y resoluciones aprobadas durante las 2da a 4ta Sesiones Ordinarias de la Decimoctava Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico, las últimas de las cuales fueron la Ley Núm. 305, aprobada en 31 de diciembre de 2018, y la Resolución Conjunta Núm. 125, aprobada en 30 de diciembre de 2018. En la preparación de esta obra los editores han tenido sumo cuidado a fin de reproducir exacta y fielmente el texto completo de dichas leyes y resoluciones, tal como fue aprobado por la Asamblea Legislativa.

A tenor con el Art. 37 del Código Político de 1902, según enmendado, las leyes y resoluciones conjuntas se numeran en forma consecutiva cada año natural independientemente de la sesión en que se aprueben. Por tal motivo, a partir del primero de enero de 1991 se publican en orden numérico de aprobación, sin referencia a la sesión de la Legislatura en que fueron aprobadas.

Para facilitar el trabajo de los que consultan esta obra se han incluido un índice de materias y varias listas que aparecen precediendo a la primera ley, a saber: relación alfabética por materias de leyes y resoluciones, lista de los miembros del Consejo de Secretarios del Gobierno, de los miembros y oficiales de la Asamblea Legislativa y de los miembros del Tribunal Supremo.

A continuación de la última resolución aparecen dos valiosas tablas de leyes y resoluciones conjuntas, la primera con expresión de sus respectivos proyectos y la segunda por fecha de aprobación y clasificación en L.P.R.A. La obra cierra con un extenso y detallado índice alfabético.

This volume, divided into three parts, contains the full text of the laws and resolutions adopted during the 2nd to 4th ordinary sessions of the eighteenth Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico, the last of which were law No. 305, passed on 31 December of 2018, and joint Resolution No. 125, adopted on 30 December 2018. In the preparation of this work the editors have been very careful in order to accurately and faithfully reproduce the full text of these laws and resolutions, as approved by the Legislative Assembly.

In accordance with article 37 of the 1902 political Code, as amended, the joint laws and resolutions are consecutively numbered each calendar year irrespective of the session in which they are approved. For this reason, from the first of January 1991 are published in numerical order of approval, without reference to the session of the Legislature in which they were approved.

To facilitate the work of those who consult this work have included an index of subjects and several lists that appear preceding the first law, namely: alphabetical relation by matters of laws and resolutions, List of the members of the Council of Secretaries of the Government, of the members and officers of the Legislative Assembly and of the members of the Supreme Court.

Following the last resolution are two valuable tables of laws and joint resolutions, the first with expression of their respective projects and the second by date of approval and classification in L.P.R.A. The work closes with an extensive and detailed alphabetical index.
