The Tombstones are a family of demon hunters which goes back thousands of years, but some time in history, the family diverted from their one true calling and turned to being simple, mundane folks, so much that they forgot their true history and now join mundanes in saying things like "Ghosts don't exist," or "The Boogie-man is a joke."

Now, an old supernatural enemy of the family is back and he brings with him some dark friends. This happens during a reunion of the Tombstone family and they are so disconnected from the truth that one Tombstone girl falls in love with a not-so-human guy. The family will have to realize the problem in time and solve it.
