Edna is a grasshopper who lives in a golden creeping sedum. She is surrounded by pollinators, and as she gets to know them, she begins to feel that she's not as important as they are. When she tells them how she feels, the pollinators help her understand that all insects (and spiders) have a role to play in keeping the Earth healthy. Edna's story is illustrated with beautiful photos of some of the insects upon whom we all depend. Fifty percent of the author's profits from the sale of this book will go to The National Butterfly Center in Mission, Texas.
