Through a series of mysterious attacks on Chinese and U.S. targets in the South China Sea, the two biggest superpowers prepare for war on Australia's doorstep. While trying to discover the real source of these attacks, the Australian Security Taskforce is almost helpless in averting what could become a global catastrophe. In the meantime, upon receiving the devastating news of the death of his beloved Michelle, Agent Lincoln Cain begins a trip around Australia as a tribute to his dear departed partner.
