This book aims to help women who wish to find themselves, develop their self-confidence and increase their self love. 
We can be in control of our lives by allowing a change in our thinking processes and behaviour. Using famous inspirational quotes and my own thought-provoking poetry I try to awaken the reader and transport them on the path of self discovery. As the reader continues learning and practising some of my proven methodology through the exercises provided, the reader should start to gain control over their mind and emotions until they are their own master.
