In the city, a series of brutal murders of underage girls, in which the killer cuts the external genitalia, are being committed. Many people are suspected, including even the investigators of the prosecutor's office and the criminal investigation officers.

In accordance with the nature of the damage done to the corpses, the investigation concludes that the killings were committed by two different maniacs separately from each other: one of them is a professional and the other is an amateur.

The case is investigated by the investigator of the district prosecutor's office.
