Flaws are beautiful.

The lightning's baritone

is imperfect,

The only one that can be heard

across the night sky,

The world is mute

when it only whispers.

Everyone is exceptionally gifted. Yet, we are all unusual. We are all unusual enough to pay no heed to the truth, because sometimes the truth hurts. It fills us with pain and guilt for ignoring those who need to be seen.

There are differences that are often masked by the fears of people. People who fear different. People who fear change. People who seek disgust in peculiarity.

Mental Health.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind? Do you sense a Psychiatrist? Those who are 'different'? Probably people unable to justify their actions?

'The Neglected Truth' is all about perception and understanding. There is a stigma that surrounds mental health issues. This stigma exists because no one understands. No one makes an effort to think through various perspectives.

This book encourages you to look beyond problems or any action. You will begin to see that you have a lot in common to those who suffer from mental health issues.

Every poem and short story would enable you to see 'different'; to see 'unique' because there is always hope in a hopeless world.
