"The Art of the War" is an ancient Chinese military treatise dating from the Late Spring and Autumn Period (roughly 5th century BC). The work, which is attributed to the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu, is always seen as one of the most important source of Chinese culture.

The author Leben Lang was born in Shanghai, China and now he is a preschool boy's father. As a person with curiosity and lots of interests, after graduated from a school of Physics, he did not choose to pursue the study to be a physicist but chose to learn traditional Chinese medicine and finally became a TCM doctor. He loves the wisdom of ancient sages and wishes to sow the seed to his own boy, who loves dinosaurs. All these experience lead Leben to create the series of books. Reading is one of the best ways to learn knowledge and culture and he wishes it will help more children as well.

This book contains Book 1 to 4 of the Dinosaurs and the Art of War series, which aimed to use the dinosaur images to illustrate famous quotes of "The Art of the War" for kids between 3-7 years old. Below are the suggestions for parents:
1. To the younger ones, you should make some short stories for them to arouse the curiosity and make the content to be understood more easily for them.
2. To the elder ones, you could let them read by themselves and encourage them to ask you questions and then some discussion could be made.
3. Do not worry about the understanding of the content or how to use the wisdom in the daily life but to focus on the thinking. If you start to think, you will find the way of use sooner or later.

All in all, if you choose the series, please believe in yourself! Sow a seed and one day, your children will harvest a lot.
