What would you do to protect a friend?

Back from vacation, pet shop owner, Will Sullivan, and his girlfriend Sarah try to resume a normal life in Seaview Rock. Will's best friend, Sammy Barstow, is still in the midst of a blackmail plot with the Seaview Rock town council, and Will has vowed not to get involved.  

Not even back for a full day, amateur sleuth, Will, discovers that his ex-wife, Karen, is missing. The plot thickens, when he discovers that, just prior to her disappearance, she'd been asking way too many questions about certain council members.

Much to Will's dismay, in addition to his concerns about his friend and his ex-wife, another crisis pops up that could potentially endanger lives and end his career.

Will a persnickety pet named Petunia be his undoing?
