Following the abduction of family boss Joseph Bonanno Sr., there was an intense struggle for supremacy in the Bonanno Mafia family. My e-book looks at some of the principals involved in the ensuing gangland warfare. Specifically, there is a breakdown of Bonanno members and the crimes which they committed in their careers. Gaspar DiGregorio was the immediate successor to Joseph Bonanno. Paul Sciacca was next in line of succession. Most of the gangland warfare in the two-year Bonanno war occurred in New York and Arizona. Some of the rebel mobsters carried out attacks against the Arizona homes of Bonanno and his associates.
